Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window
Customers must place a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving their order.

Order Verification
An Order ID or Invoice is mandatory to process any exchange or refund request.

Pickup Service
SoccerStop will arrange the pickup of the product from the customer’s location within the UAE.

Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
If the returned product shows any defect, wear, or issue not previously communicated, the exchange/refund request will be rejected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at maq@soccerstop.ae.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Timeline
Exchange items will be delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on product availability.
Customers must hand over the returnable item to the delivery partner at the time of exchange.

UAE-Only Policy
The above exchange and refund policy is applicable only for customers within the UAE.

Other GCC Countries & Iraq
Due to limited logistics options and resources, we are currently unable to process exchanges or refunds for customers in other GCC countries or Iraq.
However, we will always try to provide alternative solutions in case of any product-related concerns.
